Discover
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their every day operations to understand what makes their business tick.
Our team works clossly with the company director’s for several weeks, to understand their vision and business needs.
Once the things are set is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and budget for the project.
This Phase Includes:

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery.
Each client is assigned a key account manager to keep lines of communication open and sync the actual progress of the project.
Our account managers will reply to client emails during work hours, while addressing the client-requested changes to the dev team.
Working with ibtikar Software, we felt more like a partner than a customer. They resonated with our mission to change the classic educational programs with a better alternative.
Deliver
We try to deliver a comprehensive solution for our customers that fills the project requirements that we defined in the first phase, after finishing the building process in the second phase we arrive at this stage and launch the first version while monitoring its performance and bugs that may occur at lunch.
Most of the progress On each project takes place in the first few weeks/ months after the Discover phase. The development time allocated to each client is spent making demos and proof of concepts until we reach the clients' vision.
We ensure that all the pages of the site are fully functional after launch — some pages will be updated in the maintenance phase Depending on the traffic, and bug fixes.
This Phase Includes:
- Testing. Our projects always have 100% test coverage.
- Infrastructure. To ensure reliability and high availability we use the best cloud providers like AWS and Azure.
- Support. Support for the services and sites we provide will always be our top priority, 24 hours a day.
